The mortgage industry is in a very unique place when it comes to stress.

The most stressful life experiences a person may go through are frequently those highlighted below:

  • Divorce
  • Bereavement
  • Moving House
  • Financial Pressures (personal or business)

Unsurprisingly, these factors also act as main triggers for when people seek specialist finance assistance and the vast majority of transactions are completed via the many professionals operating in our sector.

It follows that the emotionally charged customer circumstance transfers and frequently manifests with the individuals who are providing the funding solution outcome. Indeed, recent survey results validate this and suggest mental health burdens are regularly placed on individuals working in our marketplace affecting amongst other things, sleep patterns. Additionally, feedback indicated that Companies are not offering enough current support.
