To support businesses and brokers like you, with the development of their mental health frameworks, the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) was created by 7, leading organisations in the mortgage sector – including Crystal Specialist Finance.

MIMHC has grown rapidly and there are now over 100+ mortgage industry companies signed up; committed to supporting their staff and their mental health.

But we need your help.

About the MIMHC

Established in 2021, the not-for-profit organisation is the result of a collaboration between the following co-founders: Crystal Specialist Finance, Coreco, Chartwell Mortgage Services, Landbay, The Brightstar Group, Knowledge Bank and SimplyBiz Mortgages.
